CEILING LEAKS AT KOKRAJHAR RAILWAY STATION: WOES FOR THE PASSENGERS

Webdesk, TNI Kokrajhar 16th May 2016: Huge leaks are observed at Kokrajhar Railway station. Over the last few days, Kokrajhar is observing a spurt of heavy rains which has led in crumbled functioning in normal life in the city. Though the train services are normal yet the rains has led to extra problems for the passengers. However, huge leaks in the ceiling of the Railway sheds have led to the woes of the passengers more badly. Leaks are seen everywhere in the ceilings resulting in the stranded condition of the passengers even under the roof. The condition is being observed for the last 1 month yet no measures were taken by the railway officials. When some officials enquired about the same said that the concerned person is in leave. Thus, the plight of the railway passengers remains horrible.
